Chumlee from Pawn Stars has been arrested and faces a lengthy prison sentence.

Austin Lee Russell, popularly known as Chumlee to fans, reportedly told a judge on Monday that he might be open to a plea deal on drug and firearms charges from a police raid on his Las Vegas home in March.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Russell will enter a guilty plea to one count of attempted possession of a controlled drug. As part of the plea agreement, a second felony weapon charge will be upheld.

Russell must also surrender the guns and drugs that the police claim they found on his property, in addition to three years of probation. He must also get treatment.

When police detained Russell on March 9, they claimed to have discovered 12 weapons, a large bag of marijuana, and a minor amount of methamphetamine.

Police allegedly uncovered handguns, rifles, and an assault-style MP5 among the recovered firearms.

Police had arrived at Russell’s house to look into a sexual assault. He was not charged in the sexual assault case after posting bail of $62,000.

According to Fox News, if Russell, 33, stays out of trouble, the criminal charges against him will be dropped. If he does not, he faces two to five years in state jail.

Russell will appear in court again to enter his pleas.

Police also discovered prescription Xanax pills in his home.

Russell’s lawyer, David Chesnoff, stated that the reality star is eager to move on from the event.

“We will be reviewing what was purportedly found and whether the alleged search was lawful in a courtroom, not in public,” Chesnoff says in a statement.

“We both trust in the rule of law and are certain that the matter will be resolved properly.”

Russell is known for organizing wild parties.

According to the insider, he possesses a gun and smokes a lot of marijuana.

Despite the History Channel’s refusal to comment on the subject, the network that airs Pawn Stars stated last week that “they are just letting the judicial system play out for the time being.”
