Tom Cruise was seen enjoying himself at the 2024 Glastonbury Festival, just one week after he attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in London.
The 61-year-old actor attended Glastonbury Festival in England on Saturday, June 29. Cruise, known for his roles in Top Gun and Mission Impossible, was photographed alongside his friend and fellow actor Simon Pegg. They were enjoying the performances, with Coldplay headlining the event at Worthy Farm in Pilton. Notable acts like Cyndi Lauper, Little Simz, and Keane also took to the main stage that day.
Just a week earlier, on June 22, Cruise was spotted in the VIP tent at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, held at London’s famous Wembley Stadium. The iconic actor didn’t just watch the show; he fully embraced the Swiftie culture, even partaking in the popular fan tradition of exchanging friendship bracelets.
Tom wasn’t the only star in the VIP section at Swift’s London show. The eight-night residency at Wembley saw many famous faces, including Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, along with celebrities like Liam Hemsworth, Greta Gerwig, Hugh Grant, Mila Kunis, and Ashton Kutcher. Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, and his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce also attended one of the performances.
During her Red set on June 22, Swift expressed her gratitude to her British fans: “Playing Wembley Stadium feels so special because you’ve supported me since I was, like, 16 or 17 years old. The shows started small and kept growing, and now there are 88,507 people at Wembley. I can’t thank you enough for your support.” She also added, “I have a feeling some of you even came in from out of town.”
Following her incredible shows in London, Swift began her next series of concerts in Dublin on Friday, June 28. These performances also featured Travis Kelce, who delightfully participated as one of Swift’s background dancers.
Travis Kelce reflected on Swift’s London shows during the June 26 episode of his and Jason’s “New Heights” podcast. “The concerts in London were fantastic,” he shared. “Taylor’s accomplishments, not just recently but throughout her career, are truly remarkable.”
Jason Kelce also expressed his admiration for Swift’s performance: “Taylor is not just an amazing singer-songwriter. To perform at that level is something else. If I tried to do what she does for just one song, I’d need a complete outfit change.”
