In an interview, Montgomery once said, “I’d never considered doing a series, but Bewitched was different. The scripts were great, and I enjoyed playing a character I could hold for 60 minutes.” She brought Samantha to life with humor, charm, and a touch of magic.

Elizabeth Montgomery had a colorful personal life as well. She was married four times, with her third marriage to William Asher lasting the longest. They had three children together. Her final marriage was to Robert Foxworth, and they remained together until her untimely passing.
