Justin Timberlake Sells Sprawling 127-Acre Property in Tennessee for $8 Million

The “Mirrors” singer let go of the lush parcel of land just weeks before his DWI arrest on June 18.

Justin Timberlake has officially said goodbye to an expansive piece of Tennessee real estate.

The “Mirrors” singer, who is 43, sold a beautiful 127-acre plot in Franklin, Tenn., for a cool $8 million. This stunning piece of land is just a half-mile away from the rural village of Leipers Fork and about a 45-minute drive from Nashville, according to the listing.

The property boasts breathtaking views of Leipers Creek Valley. Along with the gorgeous scenery, the land includes 50 acres of wildlife food plots and pastures. There’s also a fishing pond, spring creeks, and serene trails for nature lovers to explore.

Tom Sullivan of Covey Rise Properties listed this remarkable piece of real estate.

Timberlake officially parted ways with the property on May 30, as per property records. Interestingly, he originally bought this land in 2015 from Aubrey Preston, a local philanthropist and preservationist.

Nearly a year after purchasing, Preston and Timberlake found they had much in common, particularly their shared love for Tennessee. Preston mentioned around that time, “Both of us share that love of Tennessee and enjoyed how we grew up, on land. We want to do our part to save that for future generations, and our kids. That’s how we got to know each other.”

The sale happened just a few weeks before Timberlake had legal troubles in Sag Harbor, N.Y. On June 18, he was reportedly pulled over and charged with driving while intoxicated. He also received citations for running a stop sign and failure to stay in his lane, as he was driving to a friend’s house from the American Hotel.

Despite the buzz created by his arrest, a source close to Timberlake mentioned that he and his wife, Jessica Biel, aren’t too worried about the situation. They are continuing to focus on their family and professional lives, believing strongly in their legal team. The couple is raising their two children, Silas, who is 9 years old, and Phineas, who is 4 years old.
