Jimmy Kimmel Marveled at Star-Studded Paul McCartney Party That Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Attended

Bruce Springsteen, Steven Spielberg, Mick Jagger, Jennifer Aniston, and Courteney Cox were also guests at the soirée

Jimmy Kimmel shared what it was like to party at Paul McCartney’s house with other A-listers in attendance.

During a conversation with Howard Stern on Wednesday, Jimmy and his wife Molly McNearney talked about their unforgettable night partying with Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Bruce Springsteen, Steven Spielberg, Mick Jagger, Jennifer Aniston, and Courteney Cox.

Stern, ever curious, asked how the event came to be. Kimmel explained, “We were invited to a dinner that night and then the host of the dinner got invited to that party [at Paul McCartney’s house] and said, ‘Why don’t we all go to the party?’ And so we went to the party.”

Despite rumors that Taylor Swift was the DJ, Kimmel clarified that she “[only] had her iPhone, and she kind of tapped into the house system,” adding, “but it wasn’t like she was hired to work there.”

Stern then asked a question that was on many people’s minds: Did she attend with her “man,” Travis Kelce?

“Yes, indeed! Yes, indeed,” Kimmel responded cheerfully. Molly chimed in as well, “He’s very good-looking.”

Stern couldn’t resist adding, “Boy, oh boy! Did you see that big guy carrying her around on stage, like he’s Frankenstein taking the little girl down on the river?” He was referring to Kelce’s appearance at Taylor Swift’s recent Eras Tour concert in London.

Stern then wondered if the party had a “jam session.” Kimmel said there wasn’t one, but added, “People were dancing in the kitchen, including Molly.”

Intrigued by the lineup, Stern asked the couple if they managed to talk to Mick Jagger. Kimmel laughed, “Nothing, I didn’t speak to him. I think what you do at a party like that is you gravitate toward the people you already know, and you go, ‘Can you believe that this is happening and that we’re here?’ And you kinda leave it at that.”

Molly added that she was “so relieved to see” Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox and ended up spending time “in the corner” with the two actresses. “I didn’t know how to hold my body. I didn’t know where to look. I didn’t know what to do. It was like one more famous person after another.”

Kimmel also chatted with Bruce Springsteen, saying, “He’s funny, you know? We had a good chat,” and noting that they talked about Elvis and L.A. “Even Bruce Springsteen was like, ‘This is some party!’”

Stern teased, asking if Courteney Cox and Springsteen danced, referring to her famous appearance in his “Dancing in the Dark” music video. Kimmel and Molly said they tried to persuade Cox to attend Springsteen’s concert in L.A. the next day to dance on stage.

Stern’s co-host, Robin Quivers, asked if they spoke with Taylor Swift. Kimmel confirmed he did while Molly was chatting with Kate Capshaw, Steven Spielberg’s wife.

Quivers, ever the joker, said, “My God, how did Mount Rushmore survive that night, with all these heads off of it.”
