At Michael J. Fox’s documentary premiere, Meg Ryan, 61, makes her first public appearance in six months to show her support.

When Meg Ryan made a rare public appearance in New York, she was hardly recognizable.

The 61-year-old actress flaunted an impossibly flawless complexion while standing alongside her friend Michael J. Fox at a screening for his upcoming documentary Still. She hasn’t been spotted in public since November of last year.

Meg displayed a fuller pout and wrinkle-free skin while wearing her identifiable blonde hair, despite her repeated denials of cosmetic surgeries or improvements.

At the screening held at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, the Sleepless in Seattle actress was cheery as she posed for pictures with her friends Bill Murray and Elvis Costello.

Meg hasn’t been as outgoing lately, but she was there to support Michael when he made a documentary for Apple TV+ about his battle with Parkinson’s illness.

The film covers Michael’s life story in his own words, beginning with his upbringing on a Canadian army post and concluding with him becoming a Hollywood star in the 1980s. It includes documentary, archive, and written components.

The story follows the years after his late-in-life, covert diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease at 29 and his public and previously unseen private experiences.

Meg looked effortlessly stylish in a red jacket, brown plaid slacks, and chunky black boots for the documentary screening.

The Golden Globe nominee’s appearance has changed drastically, sparking several rumors regarding the surgeries she has or has not had.

She confessed to Porter magazine in 2015 when asked about allegations about her plastic surgery, “I don’t pay a lot of attention.”

“There is a lot of hatred in the world now. It’s so easy to judge. Consider becoming a hater; how stupid.”

According to Hollywood Life’s 2016 study of her face by cosmetic surgeon Mark Youssef, she had “too many.”

The most visible procedure she’s had is “some sort of filler or fat transfer to her cheek,” he said.

Her cheek’s apple is bloated and abnormally large, so it’s too much. All that filler rises as she grins, making her eyes appear smaller.

The way her cheeks are positioned gives her a manly aspect. To give her a softer appearance, the filler amount needs to have been placed more laterally.

Meg’s notable company at the screening were Bill Murray, Elvis Costello, Mark Seliger, Tracy Pollan, Joan Jett, Michael, Jane Pauley, Denis Leary, and Katie Couric.

The tip of her nose has become notably more narrow. He said that since the tip seemed more pinched, she most certainly underwent some rhinoplasty.

She has volume in her lips and Botox on her forehead. Too much Botox in the forehead makes the eyebrow droop, making her eyes appear smaller.

A facelift is a technique that substantially modifies the face’s shape. Meg Ryan might have had one, it would appear.

It’s possible, given how significantly her face’s shape has changed. She also has what looks like a distinct texture on her face. According to looks, she may have undergone a laser skin resurfacing procedure.

It was announced last year that Meg would return to the big screen in the soon-to-be-released movie What Happens Later.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie is an adaptation of Steven Dietz’s play Shooting Star.

The media outlet also said the screenplay was a collaboration between the actress and author Kirk Lynn.

The movie is an “evolved and nostalgic take on the romantic comedy,” according to the producers.

What Happens Later centers on a former couple who, while detained at an airport because of terrible weather, reflect on their romantic past.

David Duchovny, the male lead in the new movie, will be paired with Meg.
