Mike not only insulted her as a woman, but he also attacked her as a mother. One fateful day, he took a photo of Judy and their sons and told her coldly that it would be the last day she was alive.

Judy knew she had to stand up for herself and her children. Desperate to escape, she searched for a shelter that would help, but unfortunately, they turned her away because one of her sons had autism. Left with no other choice, Judy had to rent a home to create a safe space for her family.

With great bravery, Judy withdrew money from their joint bank account and managed to pay the rent for some time. Finally free from the clutches of her abuser, she felt an immense sense of relief. Mike tried to find them, but his efforts were in vain, and he eventually gave up searching.

Triumph and New Beginnings

Today, Judy’s sons, Sam and Tim, are all grown up and successful in their own right. Sam is now 30 and a talented swim coach who even had the opportunity to trial for the Olympics. Tim, 32, has become a renowned artist. Judy couldn’t be prouder of her remarkable sons and the life they have built.
