Everyone is buzzing about Manny Jacinto’s new look in The Acolyte, and we couldn’t agree more.

In the new Star Wars spin-off The Acolyte, Manny plays a character named The Stranger, and fans are blown away by how different he looks compared to his The Good Place days. To put it simply, he has been hitting the gym!

The Acolyte is set about 100 years before Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. The story follows a Jedi master investigating a series of crimes. Starring Amandla Stenberg as Osha and Mae, the show also features Manny as Qimir, a Sith master who first appears as a smuggler known as The Stranger.
Qimir is a former Jedi turned to the dark side. A recent episode showcases a memorable scene where Qimir skinny-dips in an ocean pool while conversing with Osha, creating intense tension throughout the episode.

Fans are absolutely loving it. One person tweeted, “Manny Jacinto’s arms are going to bring people to The Acolyte the way Jeremy Allen White’s arms brought people to The Bear. It’s all connected; we live in a beautiful world.”
