Alan Jackson’s daughter Mattie is officially a mom!
The 34-year-old and her husband Connor Smith welcomed their first baby, a son named Wesley Alan Smith, on June 20. They shared the wonderful news on Instagram, showing off adorable photos of their newborn.
In her heartfelt post, Mattie talked about how welcoming Wesley into their family was a life-changing moment. Alongside photos of the new family and their dog, she wrote how being chosen to be his mom was the greatest honor.
“One week ago, my life was forever changed 👶🏻🥹💙,” began Mattie. “Wesley Alan Smith joined our little family on June 20th, the absolute best birthday gift I could have ever imagined. There is no greater honor in life than being chosen by God to be your mom. And no sweeter joy than watching your daddy adore you and protect you already.”

Mattie announced her pregnancy back in February on Instagram, sharing her excitement with her followers. She posted a joyful picture with her husband, Connor, holding ultrasound photos and beaming with happiness.

Mattie and Connor tied the knot in June at The Breakers Palm Beach in Florida, just eight months after getting engaged. The wedding was a joyous celebration and a beautiful beginning to their life together.
