On Friday, June 21, the beloved social media personalities revealed through Instagram and TikTok that Madison had suffered a pregnancy loss. It was just in March when they shared that they were joyfully expecting their first child.
“We are absolutely devastated to share the news that we lost our sweet baby boy this week,” began their heartfelt announcement.
“There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this pain. Nothing can prepare you for this. Our hearts will never be the same.”
Madison, who is 31, expressed, “I had the privilege of carrying you for 26 weeks, and we will carry you in our hearts for a lifetime. Until we meet again, Leo Grey.”
In her Instagram Stories, Madison reposted her touching carousel post and added, “Fly high my angel.”
The couple, who host the popular “Give It To Me Straight” podcast, received an overwhelming wave of support and sympathy in the comments of their social media posts.
Their relative and fellow TikToker, Kat Stickler, shared her feelings on Instagram: “I love you and our new guardian angel. Here with you always through everything.”
Well-known social media influencer, Tara Mackey, commented, “Omg Alex I am so sorry 💔. my heart hurts for you guys so much.”

Madison and Bouffard’s relationship has been a beautiful journey. They first met through Tinder and tied the knot in September 2019.
In an interview in March, the couple opened up about their readiness to become parents.
“We knew we were ready when we talked about becoming parents every day,” Bouffard shared at the time. “It became part of our regular conversation, and the timing finally felt right. I’m excited to have a mini ‘us’ enter the world. Half of me, half of her. But hopefully, it’s 100% her personality.”
