Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Sues Him for Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Lauren Pisciotta claimed that she was subjected to explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos, and phone calls from the rapper before being fired.

Kanye West’s former personal assistant is taking legal action against him, claiming she endured explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos, and phone calls from him before being “wrongfully terminated.”

In a complaint, Lauren Pisciotta — who claims she also worked as an executive for his various companies — alleged she faced sexual harassment and a hostile work environment while working for West. She is seeking compensation for these issues and for breach of contract.

Pisciotta stated she was an OnlyFans model earning about $1 million a year before joining West in July 2021. She said he hired her to work on his Yeezy women’s fashion line and that they collaborated on three songs for his Donda album.

Pisciotta shared that West then offered her a personal assistant role with a $1 million salary, with the understanding that she would be available “24 hours a day” and “seven days a week,” which she accepted. She continued her OnlyFans work during this time, as per the complaint.

After a year in this role, Pisciotta claims that West told her he wanted her to be “God-like” and convinced her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her an additional $1 million to cover her lost income if she did. She claims she agreed but then received lewd messages from West, in which he explicitly described sexual acts he wanted to perform, along with sending her pornographic photos and videos.

Further allegations include West masturbating during phone conversations with her, asking inappropriate questions about her boyfriends, and asking her to remove her cardigan in the office because it was “covering too much.” In one incident on his plane, she alleges he trapped her in a private room and pleasured himself in front of her.

Pisciotta said that she was promoted to Chief of Staff of West’s companies in September 2022, earning a $4 million salary, but was fired a month later. She alleges she was offered $3 million in severance pay but never received it.

Pisciotta is suing West and his Yeezy businesses for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, per the complaint.

In response, a legal representative for West denies the allegations and mentions that “We will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta.”

This isn’t the first time West has faced pornography-related allegations from his workers. Previous claims by former Yeezy staffers included incidents where he allegedly played pornographic films during staff meetings, discussed pornography, and showed an intimate photograph of then-wife Kim Kardashian during job interviews, according to a November 2022 article by Rolling Stone.

Another lawsuit, filed in April 2024, involves a former employee who alleges suffering “severe discrimination and harassment” while working for West’s Yeezy brand and Donda Academy school.

As of now, West has not publicly responded to these additional allegations.
