Mandy Moore’s weekend was sweet as cherry pie!
On Sunday, June 2, the “Candy” singer, 40, shared photos and videos on Instagram from a family outing to a Los Angeles-based orchard for some cherry picking.
“Cherry🍒 picking was a sweet success!” Moore captioned the series of images.
The first video showed her youngest son, Oscar “Ozzie,” alongside her husband Taylor Goldsmith, gathering cherries and placing them in a bucket, with the whole family cheering him on.
“Yay!” the 19-month-old exclaimed with joy each time he added a cherry to the bucket.
Ozzie also knelt beside his big brother, Augustus “Gus,” in a heartfelt photo. The boys, focused on the task, were captured with a bucket brimming with cherries between them.
In the final video, Gus, 3, playfully wandered through Tenerelli Orchards in a striped shirt, with Moore tagging the orchard in her Instagram Stories.
This delightful cherry-picking adventure happened just two days after Mandy Moore and her musician husband shared the news that they are expecting their third child, a daughter, on Instagram on May 31.
“Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. 💓💓💓,” Moore joyfully captioned a photo of her sons, revealing the exciting family update.
In the charming announcement picture, Ozzie and Gus held hands, wearing matching shirts labeled “Middle” and “Big,” representing their new places in the growing family.
The “Silver Landings” singer even shared the first glimpse of her baby bump on her Instagram Stories on June 1.
“Last night’s lewk,” Moore wrote beneath a photo of herself in a leopard-print slip dress. “Guess I don’t have to try to camouflage anymore,” she added humorously.
