Kate Gosselin’s babies are all grown up!
The TV personality, 49, shared a rare photo of four of her sextuplets on Instagram on Sunday, May 12, to mark their 20th birthdays. The sextuplets were born May 10, 2004, in Hershey, Penn.
“No more teenagers in this house! Happy 20th birthday, my forever babies!” Kate captioned the photo of Alexis, Aaden, Leah, and Joel Gosselin. “I love you! Who feels old? I know I do!”
Her four children were dressed casually as they posed in front of a birthday cake with two numbered candles marking their milestone birthday. The chocolate-frosted cake was decorated with peppers and a pickle.
Missing from the photo were the other two sextuplets, Hannah and Collin, who have lived with their father Jon Gosselin for many years, as well as Kate and Jon’s oldest daughters — twins Mady and Cara, 23.
In an Instagram post marking his graduation in June 2023, Collin expressed his intention to train for the Marine Corps and didn’t post on his birthday — but Hannah did.
“Made you look, twice #20thbirthday,” Hannah captioned a post on Instagram on Saturday, May 11, featuring photos of her wearing a blue dress and posing in a field.
“Happy 20th!!!! Daughter. ❤️ u,” Jon, 47, wrote in the comments of Hannah’s post.
Back in the day, the show was renamed Kate Plus 8 in 2010 and followed Kate and her children until it ended in 2017.
In 2022, Collin gave a rare interview to Entertainment Tonight in which he spoke about being institutionalized twice by his mother for behavioral issues before he successfully sent a message to his father, who was able to find his son and get him released.
“After being there, I didn’t have a relationship with her,” Collin said of Kate. “Even before [being] there, I don’t think we had much of a relationship and I think that just kept tearing it even more down.”
Jon appeared with Hannah and Collin on the Vice TV series Dark Side of the 2000s, and said that Collin had common ADHD when he was institutionalized at 12.
Kate exclusively spoke to PEOPLE after the series, saying Collin had “multiple psychiatric diagnoses” in his childhood.
Jon responded at the time, “At this point, Collin is training to be a Marine in order to serve his country and is unable to respond.”
