The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Russell intends to submit a guilty plea to one count of attempting. He turned over the firearms and drugs that were allegedly found on his property and served three years of probation as part of his commitment to making amends.
The police claimed to have discovered a large amount of marijuana and a small quantity of methamphetamine during the raid.
