On Instagram, JoJo Siwa, Boss’ SYTYCD co-judge, expressed heartfelt tribute to him, calling him “forever the world’s dancing dad.”
“My heart is broken. Twitch was a mentor and best friend to many others, including myself. He became such a bright spot in my life during our time on SYTYCD, and I’ll never forget that.”
“My best friend is now someone I’ve admired since I was born,” Siwa wrote. “Twitch was always the finest advisor. We laughed, smirked, and even shed a few tears. Even though I know you’re in a better place now, we’ll all miss you horribly.”

Pro on Dancing with the Stars Cheryl Burke posted a message on Instagram and two photographs of herself with Boss. She thanked him in her article for “always putting a smile on my face, being so pleasant, and motivating.”

Twitch, I adore your elegance and positivity as a representative of the dancing community, but more importantly, I admire you as a person,” she wrote. “I’d like to thank you for always making me laugh and being so upbeat. My buddy, may your soul rest in peace.”
With Boss, Channing Tatum posted an Instagram image with the caption: “Having no words, There are none. This is beyond my mind and heart to comprehend. Simply put, there is simply too much… I can’t think of anything to say. I love you. My friend, I’ll see you again.”
