The girl desired a pleasant and personal setting for herself and her friends, but she lacked the necessary cash, as one would expect at such a young age.

So the teenager paid roughly $200 for a scrap van and spent twice as much on the makeover.

She redecorated it in a bright, ’70s-inspired style.
