Sharon Osbourne spoke candidly about her family and health over the weekend.
During the interview, the TV star also discussed her terrible fight with bulimia, which she has been struggling with for many years.
Her bulimia, she claims, has helped her relate to others who are self-conscious about their bodies.
“It’s terrible. I used to eat all the time,” she admitted.
“I mistakenly believed that being heavier and less attractive gave me strength.” Even if it’s odd, that’s how I felt.”
Ozzy Osbourne’s wife has also indicated that she continues to feel bad after eating. ” I’ve been doing it for a long time. It has fused with me.”
“Do I accept it?” she inquired. “Do I enjoy it? No, I have the worst acid reflux imaginable.” Sharon also acknowledged to having a shopping problem, admitting to purchasing “far too many outfits, shoes, purses, and candles.”
“I don’t like this sofa; let’s turn it around,” she said. “The color of this room does not appeal to me. Let’s do it again.”
“It’s dreadful. For the new money, it’s a way of life. It is a form of egomania.”
Ozzy and Sharon currently reside in Los Angeles, but due to the aftermath from her dismissal from The Talk last year, they may soon return to the UK.
Sharon’s contract was terminated in March of last year after an on-screen argument on race between Sharon and host Sheryl Underwood.
Sharon was forced to explain why she defended Piers on Twitter during the panel discussion of Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The discussion quickly got heated, causing CBS to suspend the show and launch an investigation. Sharon’s resignation as host was announced a month later.
“Everyone is afraid of saying anything negative that someone might steal and sell,” Sharon remarked in an interview with The New York Times. “That is not our way of life. It is not something I desire. I don’t require it.”
