US Representative Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, has voiced his concerns about President Joe Biden’s recent health assessment. Jackson, who served in both the Trump and Obama administrations, has described the assessment as “alarming” and called for an end to the “cover-up” surrounding Biden’s declining mental state.
Biden’s physician, Kevin O’Connor, deemed the 80-year-old President “fit for duty” in his recent medical exam. This examination took place before Biden announced his intention to run for re-election in 2024.
In a letter issued by the White House, O’Connor stated that President Biden is a “healthy, vigorous, 80-year-old male” who is fully capable of carrying out his presidential duties without any exemptions or accommodations.
However, Jackson, speaking to Fox News, expressed his skepticism about the assessment, calling it a “cover-up.” He believes that Biden’s mental health is visibly declining and that there is a lack of transparency from the White House regarding any efforts to address this issue.
Jackson points to the written physical exam report released by Biden’s doctor, claiming that it serves as evidence of an ongoing attempt to conceal the truth. He argues that the report fails to acknowledge Biden’s deteriorating mental health.
In his efforts to shed light on the situation, Jackson revealed that he has sent three letters to the White House demanding that Biden undergo a cognitive test and that the results be made public. He emphasizes that many Americans can perceive that something is amiss, and the cover-up must come to an end.
The concerns raised by Jackson highlight the importance of transparency and addressing potential health issues faced by public figures. As citizens, it is crucial that we have access to accurate information about the well-being of our leaders.
