The ‘Stranger Things’ actress shared an adorable photo alongside her new husband.
Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have found their “forever date!”
The Stranger Things star published a sweet new Instagram post alongside her new husband on Tuesday, July 2.
Bongiovi, 22, and the Damsel actress, 20, were seen in stylish looks as guests at a wedding. Brown wore a light purple form-fitting strapless gown with a pleated element on her bust. She left her hair down in a wavy blowout and accessorized with a pearl pendant necklace and her engagement ring and wedding band.
Bongiovi wore a chic gray and white linen suit. Underneath was a white dress shirt with the top button unbuttoned.
“my forever wedding date 💜,” Brown simply captioned the post.
The newlyweds received an outpouring of support, including a cute comment from their sister-in-law, Jesse Light, wife of Jesse Bongiovi. (Jesse Bongiovi, 29, and Jesse Light said “I do” in Las Vegas on May 7 at the same chapel where his parents eloped in 1989.)
“👑👑👑,” wrote Light.
Brown’s beauty brand Florence by Mills also commented: “we’re not crying you’re crying 🥹.”
Ahead of becoming each other’s “forever wedding date,” the couple secretly tied the knot in mid-May.
Bongiovi’s parents Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Bongiovi were in attendance along with Brown’s parents. The rocker proudly confirmed that the couple married in a clip of his appearance on BBC’s The One Show shared on X, formerly Twitter, on Tuesday, May 28.
“They’re great,” said Bon Jovi, 62. “They’re absolutely fantastic. It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be. It’s true.”
Shortly before the musician confirmed the couple tied the knot, the two were spotted enjoying married life in the Hamptons on May 24. At the time, the newlyweds were spotted wearing T-shirts and jeans topped off with matching black sunglasses. Later during their trip, Bongiovi was seen driving his new wife around in a Ford convertible with the top down.
Next, the two vacationed in Florida and headed to Universal Studios in Orlando. During their trip, Brown wore denim shorts with the word “wifey” and a white hat that read “wife of the party.” Bongiovi rocked a similar style cap, but it wasn’t clear if it had a corresponding phrase printed on the front.
