Matthew Resendez was working one evening when a homeless man walked in with 50 cents and asked what he could buy for that amount. Recognizing the man’s dire situation, Matthew sympathetically asked what he would like to order if cost wasn’t an issue. The man humbly replied that anything would do.

Matthew decided to step in and do something special. He ordered a hearty meal for the man, paying with his own debit card. After handing the man the receipt, he invited him to relax and enjoy his meal in the comfort of the restaurant.
