Ingredients for the Dough

Cheese: 250g of lactose-free fresh Mozzarella cheese (125g from each pack), sliced into small pieces. If lactose-free mozzarella is not available, feel free to use another type of cheese.

Mix these ingredients well to prepare the butter spread.

You will also need a sharp blade or regular knife, an egg for brushing the edges, and freshly cracked black pepper.
