The tragic news has shaken the entertainment world. Christian Oliver, known for his roles in films like Speed Racer and The Good German, and his two lovely daughters lost their lives in a plane crash in the Caribbean, as confirmed by the police in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This heartbreaking incident occurred on Thursday, just west of the picturesque Petit Nevis island near Bequia. They were heading towards St. Lucia aboard a single-engine plane when trouble struck shortly after takeoff, leading to the plane crashing into the ocean.
“Moments after taking off, the aircraft experienced difficulties and plummeted into the ocean,” investigators reported.
In a rush to help, local divers, fishermen, and the coast guard acted swiftly to reach the site and provide assistance. Tragically, military personnel later recovered the bodies of Christian Oliver, his daughters Madita, aged 10, and Annik, aged 12, along with the pilot and owner of the plane, Robert Sachs from Bequia.
The exact cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.
