Garth posted a photo of her youngest daughter all dressed up for the milestone on June 4
Everyone, it’s that special time again! Jennie Garth’s youngest daughter, Fiona, is heading off to prom! How exciting is that?
The 52-year-old actress thrilled her Instagram followers this past week by sharing a beautiful photo of 17-year-old Fiona all dressed up for her big night which took place on Tuesday, June 4. Fiona looked absolutely stunning!
In her heartfelt caption, Garth shared, “This will be my second to last prom with my girls. It’s always so fun helping them to get dressed up and feeling beautiful. Enjoy every moment of the journey. It passes by so fast … ❤️.”
She even added a humorous touch, mentioning, “P.S. sorry to disappoint … I didn’t hand make Fiona’s dress this year,” giving a nod to the dress she made for her older daughter Lola’s prom back in 2021. She then softly hinted, “Maybe next year!”
In the delightful pic, Fiona was all smiles while posing in a sleek black prom dress. She looked radiant as ever standing outdoors. Another snapshot showed her having fun with a friend, the two of them happily posing together.
For those who might not know, Jennie shares Fiona, along with her other daughters, Lola (21) and Luca (26), with her ex-husband Peter Facinelli. They separated in 2012, but Jennie found love again and married Dave Abrams in 2015. What a journey of love and growth!
This past August, Jennie created more amazing memories with her daughters. They all attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert together, having a blast!
Jennie and her girls were seen laughing and snapping selfies together before the show at the SoFi and PEOPLE pre-concert party in Los Angeles. It’s always heartwarming to see families enjoying such precious moments together.
Reflecting on her journey of motherhood, Jennie shared her insights back in 2021. She candidly spoke about raising three daughters, “That’s the crazy thing, you think that it’s hard when they’re young, and they’re running all around, and needing you all the time.”
Jennie added, “But as they get to be teenagers, especially young women and young adults, it’s a whole different ball game. It’s like ‘Psychological Parenting 101,’ and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart.”
Raising children certainly comes with its challenges and rewards, but the memories made along the way are worth every bit of effort. Here’s hoping Fiona’s prom night was a joyous and memorable milestone!
