Tony Goldwyn and Jane Musky’s love has stood the test of time. Their decades-long relationship goes back to the early 1980s, when Goldwyn was at a summer theater camp and Musky was about to work on the big rom-com When Harry Met Sally. They dated for five years before getting married in 1987, and for Goldwyn, it was love at first sight.

“Jane is just the most incredible human being I know. She’s down to earth,” Goldwyn said of his wife on Today in 2019. “I knew when I was 21 and met her, I better hang on because I’ll never come across this again.”

Three years after their wedding, they worked together on 1990’s Ghost. Musky was the film’s production designer, and Goldwyn was the lead. It was also around this time they became parents to their daughter, Anna, who was later joined by her sister, Tess.

Goldwyn met Musky through a mutual friend. In a 2017 interview on Live with Kelly and Mark, Goldwyn shared that his best friend had a crush on Musky at the time. “I was in college and my best friend, who is now the godfather of my oldest child, had a crush on her. I ended up going along on a run with them, and that’s when we connected,” Goldwyn recalled. They ended up becoming closer, and the rest is history.

She married Tony in 1987
