Let’s face it, even though the legal age for alcohol consumption is 21, many students are tempted by the idea of having a drink before they reach that milestone. And some are bold enough to try and sneak alcohol into school events like prom night, knowing fully well it’s against the rules.
Recently, a teenager named Eleanor came up with a clever way to bring alcohol into school without getting caught. Now, we’re not recommending that minors follow suit, but her ingenious idea has certainly garnered attention on the internet.
Eleanor and a few of her friends took a photo together, and surprisingly, Eleanor had a hip flask “hidden” in plain sight without anyone noticing. How did she do it? Well, instead of carrying a typical clutch bag, she strategically used the flask as a fashion accessory. The metallic flask cleverly resembled a woman’s bag, fooling everyone around her.
What’s even more interesting is that Eleanor’s plan might have stayed a secret if she hadn’t shared it publicly. While we don’t know if there was actually alcohol in the flask, she was certainly proud of successfully executing her plan. In fact, she even posted about it on social media, saying, “Still don’t know how I got away with a huge hip flask as my prom clutch.”
According to reports, Eleanor bought the flask at Tiger for just $12. Now, as these young ladies transition to the next phase of their lives, we wish them all the best.
